Payments are processed by Stripe. We store payment order records, Stripe payment intent identifiers, package tier, amount, currency, status, and receipt delivery state.

We do not store full card numbers or card security codes on Realm: Age of Dominion servers.

We use your email address to send sign-in codes, account messages, receipts, and important service or purchase updates.

If newsletter or marketing email is added, unsubscribe controls will be provided for those messages.

We retain account, entitlement, and purchase data for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, comply with obligations, and protect against fraud or abuse.

We use access controls, secure authentication tokens, server-side payment verification, and operational logging to protect user data.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal reasons.

We will verify account ownership before fulfilling sensitive account or data requests.
