Refund Policy

Digital Supporter Packages
Supporter packages are digital benefits delivered to the account used at checkout. Once fulfilled, the package is visible on the account page and may unlock related in-game benefits.
If you purchased the wrong package or the package was not delivered, contact support with the account email and order number.
Refund Window
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. We generally support refund requests made within 14 days when the package has not been used in a way that creates irreversible in-game effects.
Approved refunds may remove the related package, upgrade, title, outfit, voting power, or other digital benefits from the account.
Upgrades
Upgrade purchases charge only the difference between the owned tier and selected higher tier. If an upgrade is refunded, the account may return to the prior package tier.
If a higher tier has already been granted, older lower-tier payments cannot downgrade the account automatically.
Chargebacks
If a payment is disputed or reversed through a payment provider, account access and related digital benefits may be restricted while the dispute is reviewed.
Contact support first when possible so we can resolve delivery or billing issues directly.
